If you are having difficulties accessing the ICEP Europe online learning system the following is a list of the most common causes and solutions that will help you resolve the issue quickly:

Are you using the correct format for your Username

Your username will be the email address you used when registering for your course e.g., xxxx@xxxx.com If you have changed your email address with us, please use your updated email.

Are you accessing the correct moodle site?

ICEP Europe currently operates online learning websites for both Ireland and the UK. Please check the original login details email you received for the correct site to access.

UK: http://learning.icepe.co.uk/

Is Caps Lock ON when you enter your details?

Your username and password will always be in lower case. Ensure that you do not have caps lock on.

Have you received your login details?

You should receive your login details within one hour of registration for your online course. If you have registered for a course but have not received your login details within this time, please contact us.
